MINDFULNESS-BASED
Our 200 hr Meditation Teacher Training program is based on the teachings of Mindfulness and personal authenticity. Though incorporating understandings from a variety of traditions and spiritual practices, the training does not teach a specific style or tradition.

We offer an inclusionary approach to teaching that allows for a wide variety of techniques, teachings and understanding. Our focus is on the expansion of individual awareness and providing the teacher the tools needed to help facilitate this learning.

CERTIFICATION
Upon completion of the program you will receive a Certificate of Completion and be registered as a 200 hr Certified Meditation Instructor through InspirED Me Learning & Coaching.

You may use this training for non-contact CECs with the Yoga Alliance as Caroline is a registered YACEP.

Our program is registered with the Canadian Yoga Alliance. Upon completion, you are eligible for registration and are able to obtain insurance for your teaching.

SCHEDULE
The Program begins Monday, May 13, 2019 and the course materials are released as we move through the content until August 16, 2019. During this period, we will have 5 scheduled group Zoom calls that help to progress through the topics. The calls are every third Wednesday from 12:30pm to 2:30pm MST (see schedule of calls below).

The course is designed in such a way that you can follow along with our offered schedule or complete at your own pace. If you are unable to attend any of the calls, they will be recorded for you. Also, you will have an additional 2 months (October 16, 2018) to complete the assignments and practicum in order to receive your certificate of completion.
