Yin Yoga 40 hour Teacher Training - Module 1
Based on the teachings and methods of Paul Grilley’s Yin Yoga
(The 200+ page training manual is reviewed and contributed to by Paul himself.)
This in-person training is designed for Yoga Teachers and experienced Yin practitioners who want to deepen their understanding and practice. You’ll learn to guide Yin Yoga skillfully and confidently—for every body and every student.
Yoga Teachers will receive a 40-hour certificate, and you’ll leave prepared to teach Yin Yoga with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
This program fulfills the Yin Yoga & Anatomy requirement for the Insight Yoga Institute 500-hour certification with Sarah Powers. Only five trainings worldwide meet this requirement—this is one of them.
You Will Learn To:
>Guide a Yin class that is safe, functional, and beneficial on the physical, mental, and emotional levels.
>Understand anatomical principles deeply, helping you see the body, muscles, and skeleton with new clarity—elevating all styles of yoga you teach.
>Recognize anatomical variations and adapt poses skillfully for each student.
>Explore fascia and meridians, the energetic qualities of Yin, and the powerful practice of Rebound.
>Deepen your understanding of your own practice and true nature, so you teach from genuine presence and authenticity.
