This 3.5 hour Activated Asana workshop combined the latest in the world of Movement Science with everything we love about yoga. We will explore our "Circle of Safety" and learn a new movement system called "Organization & Activation" to apply throughout our entire movement life. Through "Skillful Movement" we keep ourselves stable, strong and injury-free, setting ourselves up for a future blessed with enhanced mobility and beautiful movement.
