Join founder of Shamanic Yoga, Dr. Christine Selda, for a week of spiritual renewal and revitalization. Our second Shamanic Yoga Mexico Retreat is happening in our little house of dreams, Los Sueños Hotelito, in the best yoga shalas in Sayulita, Mexico.

This retreat is the best of both worlds: experience two, deep dive yoga practices with Christine each day, with space to explore and rest in the afternoons and evenings. Families, singles, partners, and all levels welcome. We are a block from the beach in the quiet north side of town.
