Rescue Me Therapeutic Yoga Retreat in Gimli, MB
Three days and two nights in Gimli, Manitoba, October 20 - 22, 2017. Workshops, classes and more, to teach you how to recognize pain in your body and yoga movements to release stress and instil peace.
Register by July 1, 2017 with a $150 non-refundable deposit.
Cost is $600 for private accommodations or $550 for double occupancy. Breakfast, lunch, snacks and accommodations included in the cost of the three day workshop. Also included is $150 worth of product, lecture notes, health assessment and yoga routine based on your health needs.
