Before the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, take time to relax, reflect, and rejuvenate as we move into the winter season. The practice of yin yoga encourages us to bring our awareness inside, to go deeper. As the nights get longer and the end of the year approaches we often crave time and space to slow down.

This weekend will be an opportunity to nourish our bodies and spirits with daily meditation, candlelight yin, yin/yang yoga classes, an evening of kirtan (call and response chanting), and time to write, read, or explore the natural beauty of the Lotus Heart Centre and surrounding area.
