Join us for this 2-part workshop series that will introduce new & seasoned practitioners alike into the playful practice of arm balances and inversions. Drop-in classes just don't provide enough time and individual support to help students learn to master these techniques, so we have created something special just for yoga teachers! Learn how to safely practice, cue, and support students on their journey into advanced asana.
