What you will learn:

SUP Advanced Yoga Teacher Education Level One
This is a foundational course connecting the yoga certified (200 hour minimum) teacher for leading loving and learning the groundations to flow on the water in Paddalasana, SUP Yoga. The 50 hour course will provide insight, practical, experiential and hands on discovery of the asana on the board. Safety, sound, support and creativity will be addressed with a foundational flow to get you started. Leading with formation and with set up, water understanding for flow and anchoring the sutra ahimsa in all we spiral in the positive foundations of this force of nature yoga to SHiNE OM! The SHiNEOLOGY Yoga System and its fundamental assets to the advancement and playful grateful approach to a full life will be supported sweetly throughout the course. Addressed will also be the advancement of practice and play on the water for all levels all good in the abundant nature connections shared. The love of water, the love of fierce openheartedness and the prerequisite of certification in yoga, preferably the SHiNE OM Yoga is essential.

" 200 hour yoga certification + insurance, CPR + First Aid
" Exam (written + practical) with a passing grade of 80%

Paddlefit Level One
PaddleFit Level 1 is a foundational course with the nucleus being water safety including the laws and regulations surrounding SUP. Level 1 will also cover industry knowledge such as equipment design and proper equipment sizing as well as basic paddling and teaching skills in a group setting. You will learn how to teach the class PaddleFit Basics which is an introductory to SUP class. You will be sent materials to study before you take the course and take an exam when you arrive to take Level 1. The exam will cover the basic laws and regulations surround the sport of SUP. You will need to be able to show that you are a confident paddler and communicator during the course. This will be accomplished by completing and passing our physical, written and verbal tests.
