About Me
I have always loved yoga and found myself naturally sharing the exploration of yoga with others. It is my happy place and always brings me back to grounding. I have 2 kids that fully inspired me to expand this passion into a business. I try my best to lead by example for them and all those around me. I am excited to share the power and beauty of yoga with all ages and bodies.
