About Me
I have spent 35 years supporting families and children with Neurodevelopment Differences. I dedicated the last 10 years to the practice and study of postural yoga and Yoga philosophy. I started my studies in Yoga Therapy in 2024.
I have a special love for Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and maintain a daily practice.
