Ajna Yoga College: Yoga Therapy
In 2024, I began studying Yoga Therapy at Ajna Yoga College. I have completed all course requirements, and I am now engaged in the supervised practicum portion. My plan is to complete the hours by September 2026, and then I will write the exam for certification as a Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT)
