Working on Warrior

Colin Hall is a lively and interesting instructor. He led the class through Warrior II variations starting on hands and knees and then Gate pose. He focused on working the ribs in the twist and brought in alignment for the whole body for each variation.The end of class focused on the traditional Warrior II standing pose. There were several details in his class that I will integrate into my own teaching.
