Why take THIS flow training?
Learn how to teach postures intentionally, guiding students towards a peak posture by building and progressing your sequence in a meaningful way.

Why learn this?
This will allow you to teach your students skills rather than just postures. You can teach them how the body moves, how to isolate movement, different joint actions and how to build a more active range of motion within their bodies.

Create a sequence that gives your students a roadmap to understanding a specific concept in a deeper capacity. This concept could be a peak posture but it could also be a movement pattern, a certain range of motion or a challenging transition.

Create an environment for your students that includes elements of challenge, exploration and play.

Create a relationship with your students where they feel open, curious and comfortable to ask questions and dive deeper into these concepts after class.
