I'm Noel Wright, a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist and Yoga instructor since 1999. I am so excited to share with you what took me over 20 years to learn, refine and put into clinical practice and on the mat! WE will learn the principles of Traditional Chinese medicine, acupressure, Qigong and Yoga and design practices that address specific health concerns or that we can practice in relationship to the 5 Elements of Chinese Medicine. You do not have to be a Yoga Instructor to take this course. Students are welcomed as well as Physical therapists, Reiki practitioners, body workers, Trauma informed teachers and anyone who is interested in learning about Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Basic theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) including Yin/Yang, Qi, Jing, Shen and the 5 Elements
16 acupuncture meridians and specific points you can stimulate in class or practice
Qigong (skillful movement of energy for health and vitality)
Specific Yoga asanas and pranayama for each of the 5 Elements
How to build a class for specific health conditions like insomnia, anxiety, digestive issues, depression, menopause, PMS, injuries or according to the 5 elements of TCM.
