Yoga Sailing Adventure in the Bahamas in January
Join me for either a week long or two week long, all inclusive yoga sailing adventure in the Bahamas onboard "Oh!" - a beautiful, 40' catamaran guided by the expert hand of Captain Rodney Morris.
We will do yoga on deck as well as on any number of pristine beaches, enjoy activities such as snorkelling, paddle boarding, sailing , swimming, hiking, meditation and live music and be delighted by fabulous cuisine (vegan, vegetarian, gluten free all accommodated)
