Online Weekly Yin and Meditation Classes
Please join me for an interactive online Yin or Meditation class. I hold them on a weekly basis through Zoom. Monday nights for meditation at 7pm EST; Wednesday nights at 7:30pm EST for yin classes. Everyone is welcome. Message me at debrazina@hotmail.com for more information. Fee is $25 per class. Recordings of each class are available if you miss it. Class size is limited to 10 so students have my full attention.
