This course offers students an in depth study of Ayurveda and the healing modalities it offers. 100 hours will take place in studio commencing the New Year. For those wishing to continue to level 2 and become certified under the CYA designation of Ayurveda we will be partnering with an Ayurveda School in Rishekesh, India where students will complete 100 hours under the direction of Dr Vinod Kumar.
