Our Online Yoga Teacher Training is registered with Yoga Alliance (US), Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK), Canadian Yoga Alliance and Indian Yoga Association. So you can become a registered yoga teacher.

Our Online Yoga Teacher Training program is unique as we have teachers specifically dedicated to each subject which ensures localised teaching that comes from an expert background. Our Trainees benefit greatly from lectures and classes taught by teachers dedicated entirely to their chosen subject.

All of our teachers are qualified to the highest standards in their chosen fields and our team has over 65 years of collective experience training yoga teachers. Even more importantly… they carry unsurpassed passion for the subjects they teach.

In these videos you can get to know our teachers, and understand how their distilled knowledge will be a part of your own journey of transformation. You can also enjoy a mixed level practise with Lalit (after his bio intro) to get an idea of his teaching style.

In the past decade Himalaya Yoga Valley Centre (RYS 200 & YA US & YAP UK & YA Canada) has graduated over 3,000 successful yoga teacher trainees from all corners of the globe at our training in India, Spain, Ireland and Thailand.


Our Online 200hrs is  fully self-paced, and on-demand Yoga Teacher Training Course. Our self-paced program offers you 24/7 access to  resources, allowing you to study at your own pace from anywhere.



Once you enroll in your course you have your own time to make a study  plan and progress as quickly or as leisurely as you wish there is no  finite end to the training but we would recommend that you construct a  doable study plan to fit with your lifestyle and aim to complete your  training within 12 to 18 months.


You will have Lifetime  access to all lectures, video lessons, support material and your course  contents.   There will be one weekly live coaching call for direct  interaction with faculty and fellow trainees.


Upon enrollment you will also get three months complimentary access to live classes with our global teaching team on our world renowned online platform Ālaya Yoga Online.



Himalaya  yoga valley is an internationally registered yoga school for 200 and  300 Hr Teacher Training. Once you have successfully completed your  online  training  you will be awarded a Himalaya Yoga  Valley Level 1 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, which qualifies  you to teach globally. When you finish you’ll have all of the skills  and knowledge you need to start your new life as a Yoga Teacher.
