We are all being triggered these days, we look out at the world and point the finger at everyone else, and we just keep doing it! We get upset with others because of their choices.
The practice of Mindfulness allows us to look within, and when we do we no longer have to look outside of ourselves.
We no longer feel triggered by others, we learn that everyone is suffering in their own way!
I will be introducing the work of the following individuals who have dedicated their life to looking within, to then share with the world what they have experienced.
This will be a 6 part Series where we will explore the Mindfulness Meditation Practices of Jon Kabat-Zin
Thich Nhat Hanh
Pema Chodran
When the world seems out of control, we can learn to go within to find a sense of calm and peace
We in a sense make ourselves bullet proof from the chaos that can seem out of our control out side of us.
