For teachers and students interested in Yin

We will explore Yin Yoga– through the lens of Anatomy, Meridian Theory from Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Indian Chakra system. We will dive deep into postures as well as Buddhist philosophy, psychology, and Daoism and learn to integrate and incorporate mindfulness meditation into a yin practice as well as explore teaching methodology. There will be plenty of room for questions, interaction and practice. And the best part you can take the training from the comfort of your home or studio. A PDF manual will be sent to each student. Continuing education credits will be available from the Canadian Yoga Alliance and a certificate of completion. But the course isn’t just for teachers, students (with at least two years yin experience) can take it as well to deepen their understanding of yin, meditation and Buddhism. The course will take place over three weekends: the October 30th weekend and the next two weekends in November (November 6th weekend and November 13th weekend) Fee is All classes will take place from 9am EST to 3pm EST. The fee for the 50 hour training (40 hours online work and 10 hours homework) is $350 — a phenomenal rate for teacher training and education. Refund Policy: If a student has to cancel they will receive $150 back (less $200 for an administration fee) up to one month before the training. After that if a student cancels there will be no refund.
