Y Knot Unwind yoga studio has partnered with Dr.Jivasu, founder of Naturality Meditation which runs programs in Canada, Japan, Ecuador and India, as well as our Indian counterparts Nada Yoga School. 100 Hour of training will be done at our studio alongside the team from Naturality and 100 hours will take place in the yoga capital of the world, Rishekesh under the direction of Nada Yoga School and their diverse faculty.
