Two Day intro to Thai Massage
In this two day class students are introduced to Thai Massage. Through demonstration and hands-on practice you will have the experience of both giving and receiving a Thai Massage.
An invaluable introduction to those wishing to learn more or perhaps begin studying with Metta Motion, you will learn a 1 hour form that incorporates the fundamentals of Thai Massage.
A great joyful way to spend two days.
You will perform a basic 1 hour Thai Massage session
Incorporate the basics of flowing transitions between postures
You will learn to maintain proper body alignment & postures that create a mutually beneficial massage for practitioner & recipient
Integrate "Metta" (compassion) and meditation into your work
