Our 300 hr advanced standing program is for those teachers who have completed a 200 hr and are looking to certify in a 300 hr program for a total of 500 hours.

This programs runs with our 300 Hr program but students are put in a different stream. They are required to study and complete homework regarding philosophy and personal introspection. Specifically working with the Bhagavad Gita, Hatha Yoga Pradipika and/or other texts of interest as well as completing a daily practice journal that is to be submitted upon completion.
