Our Advanced program is open to individuals who have successfully completed a foundational 200-hour Teacher. The +300-hour curriculum is designed to deepen and enrich your experience both as a practitioner of yoga and as a teacher. We offer 500 hours of training in two segments, 200 hours and 300 hours, permitting graduates to become either a RYT 200 or a RYT 500, depending on the level of training completed.
