Saturday 9:00-5pm
Learn to deepen your path of self exploration through experiencing this ancient and timeless wisdom through meditations, asanas, pranayama, chanting and other practices. Our Chakra’s align clearly with what we know about the major glands. These practices teach us tools to help balance our bio-chemistry and create well being. No experience necessary.
