When women reach perimenopause, and in later life, the health of the brain becomes a number one area of concern. Studies show that Alzheimer’s dementia is the most feared disease of old age.

At any life stage, and for all genders, chronic pain and mobility struggles are not uncommon, and many are left without improvement via standard physical therapies.

To address the needs of our brain and nervous system, we have curated a series of adjustments and additions that sit well in a Yoga framework, which can also be added to any movement professional’s toolkit.

You will gain a digestible knowledge of the brain/NS/body connection and how to optimise it for increased mobility, reduced pain and evidence-based protection for future brain health.

Includes upwards of 8 sequences through which you can add these techniques to your class.

Module 1: Understanding the Brain

Module 2: Understanding the Nervous System

Module 3: Pain Science & Cranial Nerves

Module 4: Brain-Food & Health in Movement

Module 5: Working with Cranial Nerves for pain and mobility

Module 6: Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga philosophy for brain and NS

Module 7: Teaching Integration, Bringing the learning into your class

Module 8: Teaching Practicum

You will learn
How some issues that can affect you or your students like chronic pain and mobility limitations, may be addressed via brain stimulus techniques like those in this program.

How the techniques in this course that you will add to your teaching can protect the brain from cognitive decline.
