Y Knot Unwind Yoga Studio, Cayuga and Ayuskama Institute of Ayurveda and Yoga, India have partnered to bring about a unique and comprehensive program. Starting date is Saturday January 15, 2023 for this course.. In India, the program will be under the direction of Dr. Vinod Kumar, and staff and will be a residential intensive program Rishekesh, India. For those interested in the 200 hour Ayurveda therapist certification there is an invitation to join us Oct. 14- October 30, 2022 or after completing the intial 100 hours in Canada. Level 2 is open to anyone with a background in healing arts and or Ayurveda.
