Whether you are interested in becoming a certified Yoga Instructor or just wish to deepen your practice and understanding of Yoga this course is for you. All you need is to dedicate two weeks this summer to achieve your goal.

Spirit Tree Yoga teacher training program goes beyond the physical practice of Hatha Yoga by bringing a deeper understanding of the emotional and spiritual connection to ourselves, those around us and our connection to the Universe.

If you are in the education system this course will give you an opportunity to complete your training in time for the next school year and be able to bring yoga to the classroom.

Near by is St. Lawrence College which has a very affordable weekly room rental rate in the residence which is just a short walk to Spirit Tree Yoga's new location in the Cotton Mill, Weaveshed along the St. Lawrence river.
