Yin & Restorative Yoga
with Beatrix Montanile
What are the differences between Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga? How are they similar? This course will define the important differences and benefits between passive and active yoga with Restorative and Yin Yoga.
Subject matter covered will include basic postures from both styles, use of props, sequencing, creating an environment, verbal cueing, and how to touch, provide assistance and make adjustments. It also involves creative combinations of Yin/Restorative and Restorative with Thai Massage. A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to RYTs.
