About Me

I am an ex executive coach and leadership development expert who gave up the corpoorate and city life in pursuit of inner peace. I found it in Yoga and meditation.
To deepen my understanding I did the 200 hr YTT from aumyogashala in gurgaon Delhi in person. Following which I have been giving group classes in Huntsville at Fitt gymn for a year plus now.

i practice with my yogini online now 5 days a week and in person when I go back to Delhi.

I now want to help people reach that quiet place wihthin them at my own Yoga 'tent' which will operate May to October and in the winter months i will operate out of the Lake of Bays community center.

It is my mission to impact 1 million people through my yoga classes and a wellness app that i am launching. the app will carry demonstrations and practice of Biggener and intermediate levels of hatha yoga practice which targets the root chakra , Sacral chakra and the solar plexus chakra .
