About Me

I'm currently a psychotherapist working with persons with complex trauma. Breathwork, meditation, and yoga can help persons somatically to release embodied pain. As I transition to teaching yoga exclusively, my special interest is seniors and persons with physical challenges. I hope to assist those persons to live healthier lives through yoga.
