About Me
I started taking yoga this past July 2021 as my health was failing. started doing yoga at Yoga For Today and just loved the teachers there. I was starting to feel so much better and with encouragement from Gerda Krebs and Chris Erdmann-Boyko I took the TTP for starters it was for me to learn the Asanas better as well as the aliment. I found that with getting my health back and seeing the benefits of yoga for me I want to share it with others. I have my life back all because of Yoga!
