About Me

I am from Vancouver, but moved to work overseas in 2005 and have been living in primarily African countries ever since. I took Tina's course last year and was asked to assist in teaching some modules this year. I hope to have the time to assist with this next year.

About My Service

I am a certified Play Therapy Intern who works as a school counsellor in Luanda, Angola at Luanda International School. I took Tina's course to boost my well-being practice with children in schools. I do Yoga and Mindfulness as part of my Health Education curriculum that I offer to all classes I teach. Also, I use yoga and mindfulness as part of my therapeutic practice as a school counsellor.
