About Me

With 17 years of experience as a Correctional Officer, I've navigated high stress environments where resilience isn't just a skill-it's a necessity. My personal journey into wellness began on the mat in a Hot Bikram class back in 2001, in 2018 I felt called to dive deeper into the true science of healing.
Since then, I have prioritised and focused on holistic living while still in the front lines of public safety.
I am a certified instructor in Hath, Yin, Qi Gong and Restorative yoga with a specialized focus on Trauma Sensitive Yoga. My practice is further enriched by my training as a Level 1 Reiki Practitioner and Level 1 Integral sound healer.
Yoga and healing are more then just my passion; they are the tools I used to find balance in my own life, and I am dedicated to be sharing them with others. Weather you are looking to release stored tension or find a moment of peace, I am here to guide you though your own transformative experience.

I believe that yoga is a practice of returning home to yourself. My mission is to provide a sanctuary where healing is accessible, movement is mindful, and every individual—regardless of age, ability, or background—feels seen and supported.
My approach is rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own body. Rather than striving for a "perfect" shape, we focus on your embodied experience. Whether we are flowing through a Hatha sequence or finding stillness in a restorative pose, my classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are today.
I specialize in a variety of modalities to support your physical and emotional well-being:
Hatha with Mindfulness: Strengthening the body while anchoring the mind in the present moment.
Qi Gong: Gentle, energetic movement to cultivate vitality and ease.
Trauma-Sensitive Yoga: A choice-based practice focused on safety, agency, and reclaiming your space.
Yin & Restorative Yoga: Deeply quiet practices that target connective tissues and soothe the nervous system for total relaxation.
