About Me

I am a gently aging yoga teacher with 2 grown sons. Aaron an elementary school teacher and Alex a mathematics major teaching accelerated students with a tutoring company. I have been a widow for 11 years now, retired from my career and now embarking on my passion for healing, health and happiness. I took my first weight lifting course at 18 yrs old and have done numerous forms of exercise while always coming back to the mat for my internal growth and stability it brings to my life.
