About Me

I am Reiki level 1 certified and attending a course on September 30th to get my level 2. I have been practising yoga since I was three (my mom was an avid yogi) however my practice didn't start to evolve until 10 years ago.

About My Service

I offer an approach that is perfect for beginners to intermediate yogis. I love to get moving in high-energy flows, and I also love to release in some yin postures at the end of a long day.
