About Me

I am an RMT on Saltspring Island, BC. I have been giving Remedial Exercises to my clients, based on the Yoga training I have done. I guide my clients through the movements and encourage them to practice breathing exercises. I have my Personal Training Certification from Australia that I am currently working on making active in North America (through ACE). I love to meditate, be active, be social, and work with others.
