About Me

Graduate of DevaTree School of Yoga 2021, Certified 200-hour YTT. A yoga practitioner since 2001, yoga has been a major influence in my life, and continues to be so. I began my yoga journey learning Iyengar yoga - such a fabulous grounding. I spent many years thereafter in the hot yoga studio, sweating it out to Moksha and Bikram styles. Of late, I've slowed it down substantially and practice a more multi-disciplinary approach with a focus on stability, balance & subtle movement practices.
