About Me

I am 65 years old with a passion for people, & seeing them find their way home to themselves & wellness. I made a decision to follow my heart & to step onto the path that brings me joy which is to share yoga & continue my own personal evolution with my practice. The last years of my journey will be spent doing what I love.

About My Service

I am teaching gentle, power, & restorative yoga. I will be offering a differentiated class weekly for those with special needs.
