I am self employed working from home the last 11 years. I am very fit and conscientious about healthy living from inside out.I love to motivate and inspire people young and old to be the best they can be and most of all help them find an inner sense of well being with peace of mind.

Will be doing Chair yoga for seniors, Gentle/Meditation 75 min/ regular hath based 75 min classes, Karma classes once a moth or so.
