About Me

Yoga was life changing for me and I plan to teach yoga for the rest of my life. I lived in India for 9 months in 2012/2013, studying yoga and Hindu mythology.

About My Service

I make customized sequences for private clients, I teach group power flows, and restorative yoga. Beginning in March I will teach group classes at Lagree West, a megaformer Pilates studio.
