About Me

I am a Junior High Teacher, Father of two, Volleyball Coach, and I have a Volleyball Training Program, which this Yoga program will fall under. My goal of this and all my programs, is to develop and promote a Growth Mindset in participants, and encourage them to share this mindset with the world.

About My Service

I am starting by offering a 10-week program, encouraging the implementation of yoga into participants' lifestyles. Each week will gradually add increasing challenges, according to participants' comfort level and progress.
