I am a lifelong learner, a healthy female, ( thanks to my daily yoga practice) a wife, a mother, a grandmother, a sister, an aunt, a friend, a retired health care community college educator, a grape farmer, a musician, a sailor, a bit of a poet, a yogi and I just turned 70.
