About Me

I was a registered nurse. I stayed home with my children. My son is now grown and my daughter is 13. I found that I was pulled more towards yoga and utilizing yoga to help people with mobility, physical and/or mental conditions. I took my training in Kundalini Yoga as it is a healing practice.
