About Me

I began practicing yoga 6 years ago and instantly knew it was a fit for me. I have been physically active my whole life, but practicing yoga introduced me to the addition of meditation and the importance of the connection between breath, physical movement, and mindfulness.
I have created a studio in my backyard and am now ready to teach yoga to a very small group at a time. My intention is to have fun and encourage anyone who would like to learn to practice yoga.
