About Me

I have practiced yoga for over 10 years on and off, but for the past 5 years it has become a big part of my life, both on and off the mat. I got interested in healthy eating, asana practice, Vedic scriptures, meditation and self-development. Yoga philosophy really resonates with me and I love sharing it with others. There is still so much to learn and I truly enjoy the journey that I am on! I also enjoy cooking vegetarian meals for my family, reading, signing mantras, dancing and working with translations (Russian, English, French). Namaste.
