Ive been involved with fitness since my early 20's. Became a certified fitness instructor, trained in Martial Arts up to 2nd degree Black Belt, also taught and stated practicing Yoga and loved the culture and benefits that i became a teacher eager to share the benefits and passion for well-being. I,m active, energetic and love life.
