• Professor, Guru or Teachers: Since graduating from my RYT 500, I've continued my studies with Functional Synergy (Susie Hately Aldous), Agama School, as well, I studied Sanskrit and yoga philosophy privately with Ram Vakkalanka. I have taken numerous courses through the Toronto Yoga Conference and online. Currently I am drawn deeply to Guru Singh and take online classes offered by him.

About Me

As I teacher I feel my gift is making yoga accessible to people. I like to guide students in the journey inward, through bringing yoga philosophy into my classes. I teach authentically, in that I am on this planet having a human experience and with that comes being "perfectly" imperfect.

I love watching students evolve in postures and in life. Yoga changed my life and I feel it's my honour to give back what was so freely given to me.

I am one of the lead teachers in the Live With Spirit Yoga & Fitness studio's teacher training programs. I developed the courses and content.
