About Me

Throughout my life I have been physically active participating in a wide array of sports which include both summer and winter sports. I find that the biggest benefits I have discovered in helping my mental state, but improving my physical state at the same time is practicing Kundalini Yoga and Spring Forest Qigong. The high energy movements and breathing through the nose in my Kundalini practice, help me shift quickly, raising my vibrations, allowing me to get out of my head and away from feeling stuck. I reach for my qigong when I feel a more gentle practice is needed. Gentle calming movements help me to connect with my meditation very quickly. A daily practice of one or the other helps balance and raise my vibrations and heal my body, mind and spirit steadily enabling me to deal with what the world throws at me.

Spring Forest Qigong Certified Practice Group Leader guiding students in a gentle qigong practice which includes a warmup, meditative movement and sitting meditation. This practice is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and meridians and is likened to acupuncture without the needles.
