About Me

I am a practicing anesthesia doctor and have always done yoga as a way to practise mindfulness and inner balance. After a particulalry challenging year, I was drawn to deepen my pracitse of yoga and delve into the philosophy / spiritual aspect of it, and the deep-rooted history it owns. This led me to two different 200 hr yoga training schools, Uplifted Yoga Academy (Brett Larkin) and Higher Love Yoga Academy (Sara Cueva). In a nutshell, yoga has changed my life. I am so thankful for the changes it has spurred in my own life and anticipate starting to teach.
